Led by Dr. Jane Hurst Velez, a licensed clinical psychologists and Board Certified Forensic Psychologist, we are located in Peoria, Illinois.

Dr. Velez has been practicing psychology in Central Illinois for 16 years. She was born and raised in Evanston, Illinois, a suburb of Chicago. Having raised five children of her own, she has had the opportunity to utilize her life experience to help countless others. Dr. Velez is well known for her uncanny discernment in clinical diagnosis, which makes her an effective asset for psychological evaluation for the courts.

Dr. Jane Velez is well known for her excellent clinical skills as a marriage and family therapist. Those going through divorce or a midlife crisis also benefit from a few sessions for guidance.

Dr. Velez is also experienced in helping others get relief from depression, postpartum depression, Bipolar Disorder (previous called manic depression), anxiety, panic attacks, Attention Deficit Disorder (ADHD). Dr. Velez, is also an expert in Posttraumatic Stress Disorder PTSD, due to child abuse, rape, auto accident or combat in war.
